Yes. Hypnosum is not a technique you learn, but a consciousness you receive. No prior experience is needed—only your willingness to open, trust, and allow the activation.
The movement here is internal. While music and frequencies are used to support the activation field, the physical experience is primarily grounded in stillness—sitting or lying down. No physical dancing or choreography is involved.
Yes. To capture the energy of the field, the event will be documented. By registering and attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed for NuDreem’s future use. To maintain the integrity of the space, personal phones must remain off during the sessions.
No. To maintain the energetic integrity of the field, phones must remain off during all sessions. We invite you to disconnect completely so you are fully present to receive the activation.
This is not physical exercise; you will mostly be sitting or lying down. However, the energetic recoding is deep and can be demanding on the body as it integrates the new frequency. It is "serious work" for your nervous system, so we recommend prioritizing rest in the evenings.
Yes. In fact, this is an individual journey of returning to yourself. The field is designed to hold you safely, making it a perfect space to attend alone and focus entirely on your own activation and recoding.
Yes. A nourishing lunch buffet is provided daily (featuring proteins, salad, and carbs) to support your physical body through the activation work. Coffee, tea, and water are also available throughout the day.
This workshop is your "reset"—the first step into a divine transformation. Following the activation, you leave not as a student needing further instruction, but as your own healer and authority. You will carry this new consciousness into your reality, fully equipped to lead your own journey.
